Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery after certification.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality control.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this on-site role.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
