Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Package and label items according to safety and shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper storage protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
