Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Package and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for defects or damages.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available for shifts during peak hours, including weekends.
