Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory accurately to ensure stock levels match data.
- Perform daily quality control checks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and reporting discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
