Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift license within 30 days of hire (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
