Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record quantities of goods received or shipped, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track product location and status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping label verification.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
