Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory counts to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing them into the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read product labels and pick lists.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
