Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and reconcile them with packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
