Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the warehouse facility with speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using scanning equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and fully compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Package and label goods for shipment, paying close attention to handling fragile items.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
