Responsibilities
- Perform daily logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments at both Detroit and PA distribution centers.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse managers regarding schedules and delays.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments and delivery status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
