Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Inspect received goods for damage or quality issues and report findings immediately.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all logistics transactions and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
