Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical tickets.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate technical guidance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and internet browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
