Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and update records in the WMS system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (preferred).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
