Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory records with precision in WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets

- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license a plus
