Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners to track stock levels and update inventory systems in real-time.
- Ensure all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets and deadlines.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly in various positions.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (temperature-controlled warehouse).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
