Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, organize storage areas, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Load & Unload Freight: Quickly and accurately load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain organized records.
