Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will include:
- Receiving, checking, and inspecting incoming goods to ensure accuracy.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Managing inventory levels and performing regular stock counts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are ready to work hard and learn quickly. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and product descriptions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
