Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Check inventory against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and strictly follow all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
