Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory and workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use a handheld scanner or computer terminal).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
