Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks, freight, and materials using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Organize, stack, and merchandise products in the warehouse and sales floor to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for damages and discrepancies against delivery tickets.
- Assist in the processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level roles).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
