- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, service issues, and technical support requests
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO or call center
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and multi-tasking abilities
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
