Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks
- Participate in regular team meetings and process improvements
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass mandatory background check (no felonies)
