Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual a plus for team collaboration
