What You'll Do
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and processing requests efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate multiple tabs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
