Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Organize inventory on the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Assist in maintaining a 5-star safety record on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train!).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
