Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently and safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and attention to detail
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- 6+ months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screen required
