Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight for delivery and shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to the logistics coordinator immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
