Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Packaging & Shipping: Ensure all products are correctly packed and labeled for timely shipment to clients.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in counting and labeling inventory items.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for overtime if needed.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for warehouse transport duties.
