Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with high accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to strict guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
