Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the facility. This role is critical to our supply chain operations and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Inventory management: Conduct cycle counts and update stock records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
