Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Operate scanning equipment to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory scanning and data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
