Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
