Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damage, errors, and discrepancies.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Assist in inventory counts and manage stock rotation effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
