Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the facility.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No previous warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
