Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
