Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels effectively.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak operational hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- A valid driver's license is required.
