Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy using pick-to-light technology.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo safety.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
