Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure accurate labeling and sorting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
