Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to all safety protocols.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or loss.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track product movements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid Forklift Certification (Preferred but not required for all roles).
