What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming freight for damage and log discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
