Responsibilities
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
