Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and scanning of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and condition.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work overtime and shift rotations if required.
