Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
