Responsibilities
- Execute daily fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and scanning orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards and prevent damage during transit.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of freight.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners (RF guns) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
