Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and stage incoming freight and raw materials.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of quality.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and pricing.
