About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred, but training available).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
