Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts using barcode scanners and WMS software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and optimizing storage layouts for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
