Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and stage materials accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packaging: Securely package items for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any issues with warehouse equipment immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift leadership and support team members.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
