Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals looking for stability and growth in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
