Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and reconciling stock levels against system records.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping according to company safety and quality standards.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
